Replacing it correctly takes professional micro-soldering equipment, the right port for your exact model, and inspection of the surrounding circuitry — because a damaged port sometimes takes nearby components with it. PS5 repair questions

How do I know my PS5 HDMI port is bad?
Common signs: 'No Signal' on the TV even though the console powers on, a picture that cuts in and out when the cable moves, visible bent or pushed-in pins inside the port, or the cable feeling loose. If your PS5 has power and sound but no picture, the HDMI port is the most likely culprit.
Can a PS5 HDMI port be replaced, or do I need a new console?
It can absolutely be replaced. The port is soldered to the motherboard, so it requires board-level micro-soldering — which we do in-house. It's far cheaper than replacing the console, and your games and saves are untouched.
How long does a PS5 HDMI repair take?
In most cases, about 90 minutes — most other shops in the area quote 2–4 business days for the same repair. We replace the port, inspect the surrounding circuitry for damage, and fully test video output before we text you it's ready. Repairs needing an ordered part are usually ready the next business day.
Will I lose my games or saves?
No. The HDMI repair doesn't involve your storage at all — everything stays exactly as you left it.
Do you also fix PS5 overheating and disc drive problems?
