Why does my Xbox keep overheating and shutting off?
Years of dust buildup in the heatsink and fan plus dried-out thermal paste make the console run hot until it protects itself by shutting down. Our thermal service — deep cleaning, new thermal interface, fan check — brings temperatures back to normal.
Can you fix an Xbox Series X HDMI port?
Yes. Like the PS5, the Series X HDMI port is soldered to the board and we replace it in-house with micro-soldering equipment, then test video output fully before pickup.
My Xbox won't turn on at all. Is it worth repairing?
